The Real Health Community
Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026 · Working draft for healthcare/privacy counsel review
Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Reverin LLC d/b/a Real Health Research ("RHR") handles information connected with our website, The Real Health Community registry, screening, verification, scheduling and healthcare market research. RHR is separate from clinical care. Joining is optional and does not affect care, insurance, benefits or other services. We do not automatically import clinical patient lists or medical records into the registry.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and location details; age; optional demographics; patient, caregiver or healthcare-professional status; conditions, treatment or experience you voluntarily report; professional credentials; availability and communication preferences; referral source; and permission to contact you. A specific project may require eligibility answers, scheduling details and limited verification. We may retain invitation, incentive, cancellation, no-show, duplicate, fraud-prevention and quality records, plus limited website and device information. We do not request a complete medical record for general enrollment.
How we use information
We use information to maintain your profile; identify possible paid opportunities; screen and verify eligibility; schedule and support participation; provide reminders; facilitate incentives; prevent fraud and duplicates; communicate project feasibility; improve our services; protect security and research integrity; and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
For a specific opportunity, we may share appropriate eligibility, verification, scheduling or contact information with authorized research agencies, sponsors, moderators or project partners after explaining the opportunity to you. Clients do not receive unrestricted access to the registry. We may use service providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, surveys, video, verification, payments, security, analytics and storage. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect safety, rights and research integrity.
Recordings and safety reports
Some projects involve recording, observation, transcription or quotation. You will receive a project-specific notice or release before participating. If market research uncovers an adverse event, product complaint or other safety information, a sponsor may be required to document or report limited information. The project process will explain this.
Your choices and rights
You may decline any opportunity, change contact preferences, request access or correction, or withdraw from the community. Withdrawal stops routine future invitations but may not require deletion of records retained for payment, legal, safety, fraud-prevention or research-integrity purposes. Rights vary by state, and we will honor applicable privacy rights after appropriate verification.
Retention, security and children
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contracts and law. We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no system is completely secure. The general registry is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Cookies, communications and updates
Our site may use essential technologies and limited analytics. We do not sell personal or consumer health information or use it for targeted advertising. Email and text choices are presented separately where required; message and data rates may apply. We may update this policy and will post a revised effective date and communicate material changes when appropriate.
Contact us
Questions, corrections, withdrawal requests and privacy-rights requests may be sent to Real Health Research, North Alabama. A dedicated privacy email and mailing address will be added before registry enrollment opens.
