The Real Health Community
Participant Terms
Effective August 19, 2026 · Working draft for healthcare/privacy counsel review
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Reverin LLC d/b/a Real Health Research. By submitting enrollment and checking the agreement box, you agree to them. The general registry is for adults age 18 or older who can legally agree. Project-specific consents, confidentiality rules, recording notices or platform terms may also apply and control for that opportunity.
This is not healthcare
We connect people with healthcare market research. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, establish a clinician-patient relationship or enroll community members in clinical trials through this registry. Do not change treatment based on research; contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and emergency services for an emergency.
Your profile
You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information; keep only one profile; not impersonate anyone; and update material changes. You may not misstate identity, diagnosis, treatment, caregiving role, product experience, demographic information, credentials or eligibility answers.
Opportunities and verification
An invitation does not promise eligibility, participation or payment. Selection can depend on quotas, timing, client criteria, verification and study design. You may accept or decline. Some projects reasonably require identity, condition, caregiver, product-experience or professional verification. We will explain what is required and what may be redacted.
Participation responsibilities
If selected, follow reasonable instructions, participate personally, arrive on time, give honest opinions, protect others' privacy and follow project conduct, technology and confidentiality rules. Do not use undisclosed coaching, scripts, automated tools or artificial intelligence. We may end participation or withhold payment for material noncompletion, fraud, abuse, impersonation or failure to meet disclosed requirements—not because you give a negative opinion.
Confidentiality and recordings
Some projects include confidential products, concepts or discussions. You may be required not to copy, record, photograph, share, post or use them outside the project. Recording, observation, transcription, quotation and use of contributions require project-specific notice or terms. These general Terms are not blanket permission for future recordings.
Product safety information
If you mention an adverse event, side effect, product complaint, medication error, pregnancy exposure or device issue, a sponsor or its representatives may be required to document and report limited information even though this is not a clinical trial. The project process will explain this.
Compensation, taxes and expenses
Each invitation will state compensation, qualifying requirements and expected timing. Joining or starting a screener does not itself earn payment unless expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Expenses are reimbursed only when approved in advance.
Communications and privacy
Information is handled under our Privacy Policy and project-specific notices. Email, text and telephone choices are collected separately where required; message and data rates may apply. You may change preferences or leave, although some records may remain for legal, payment, safety, fraud-prevention and integrity purposes.
Suspension, disputes and changes
We may suspend or remove profiles for fraud, duplicates, material misrepresentation, abuse, safety concerns or serious repeated violations. Opportunities may change or be canceled. Alabama law governs where permitted. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Contact Real Health Research in North Alabama with concerns; a dedicated participant email and mailing address will be added before enrollment opens.
